I've always considered myself an "animal person," but it wasn't until I adopted my first cat that I truly recognized my inner crazy cat lady or what a dedicated feline enthusiast I am. I have 2 cats, Luke, my ginger girl and Tofu, my sometime sassy tuxedo kitty. When I needed pet care for them, I realized the worry associated with finding someone I trusted. This experience motivated me to begin pet sitting, which ultimately led to the establishment of Katie's Pet Pals, LLC.
In January of 2020, I transitioned from my career as a fashion & product stylist to embark on my journey as a pet sitter. I started dog walking and pet sitting on popular pet care apps and worked at a doggie daycare before officially launching Katie's Pet Pals, LLC. My goal is to provide pet parents with peace of mind that their fur babies are being excellently cared for while also creating a low-stress option for scheduling pet sitting services.
Flash forward to today and I'm truly grateful for the families that trust me, the pals I have made and the support they show my business. Thank you to my my existing Pet Pals, and I'm excited to make many more!

Originally from Sydney, Australia, I have called Dallas home for the past 15 years, where I live with my husband, daughter, and our golden retriever, Henry.
After 20 years of experience in luxury hotels, spas, and salons, I recently took a hiatus to reflect on my passions. I realized that working with animals is what truly brings me joy. I have cared for animals my entire life, and our home is the go-to choice for family and friends when they need pet care. I began filling in for pet sitters and found the experience incredibly rewarding.

Hi, I’m M.E.! I’m a nonprofit professional, small business owner, and lifelong animal lover. I work in communications and nonprofit development and also co-own Fool’s Kava House with my wife, Ashley.
Outside of work, much of my life revolves around my own crew of pups. We have four Yorkies and a Rhodesian Ridgeback! Caring for animals has always come naturally to me, and I love getting to know each pet’s unique personality, quirks, and routine.
I’m dependable, patient, and excited to give your pets the same love, attention, and thoughtful care I give my own.
